Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within the United States unless otherwise arranged.

  • Ready-to-ship items will typically ship within 2 to 3 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom orders have varying lead times and will be communicated at the time of order.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or communicated prior to payment.

  • Stone Face Farm is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Returns & Refunds

Ready-to-Ship Items

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, clean, and in original condition.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Custom Orders

  • All custom orders are final sale.

  • No refunds or returns on custom mohair tack unless there is a verified workmanship defect.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or you believe there is a workmanship defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis for ready-to-ship items only.
