Products

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, measurements, and photos. Due to the handmade nature of our mohair tack, slight variations in color, pattern, or measurements may occur and are considered normal, not defects.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Custom work pricing may vary based on materials, size, and design.

Orders

Placing an order indicates your agreement to purchase under these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return or refund, unless there is a workmanship defect. Please review all custom details carefully before submitting your order.

Payment

Payment is required before orders are processed or shipped. Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store payment information.
